There’s a lot of information about managing burnout and there is still a wide gap between the knowledge and the practice.
I tend to that space between knowing what we need to do and actually prioritizing the time and doing the things.

This special one-time event will be hosted and held at the new Granite Pride NH Center in Concord! Space is limited for this in-person event.

We will be gathering together to connect with ourselves and other helpers & healers who are dealing with or preventing burnout and compassion fatigue.
During our time together we will be engaging in structured creative expression exercises as well as community building and support. We will be focusing on collage and poetry.

All materials will be included as well as water and snacks.

These workshops are a safe space for adult (18+) helpers and healers of many varieties including: caregivers, healthcare workers, mental health workers, teachers, childcare workers, spiritual leaders, non-profit workers, volunteers, body work practitioners, social justice advocates, animal care workers, and anyone else who identifies with the term helper or healer.
We are a LGBTQIA+ and Neuroaffirming business.
Monthly Series
Next event: Monday, March 24, 2025
6:30-8pm Eastern / Virtual
Once a month we will meet virtually on a Monday evening from 6:30pm-8pm Eastern Time.
Each month we will engage in a different form of creative expression.
Attend once, monthly, or whenever you are able to make it.
Sign up ahead of time and get materials mailed to you in time for the workshop!

Each month will require different materials, usually items commonly found around the home or at a local craft store. If you register a week and a half in advance, materials will be mailed directly to you in time for the event!

These workshops are designed to be affordable and accessible.
The suggested price is $40/person.
If you want to further support this work, you can pay more.
If you are unable to afford $40, you can pick the option most in alignment with your budget; $30/$20/$10.

Meetings virtually one Monday a month from 6:30-8pm Eastern time. A different creative expression method will be utilized each month, March we will be playing with clay and sculpture!
Sign ups a week and a half in advance will have all materials included and mailed to them.
Register by 3/12/25 at 11:59pm Eastern Time and get a materials packet mailed directly to you in time for the event at no extra cost!

Introduction to SoulCollage® Workshop with a ‘Holiday Coping’ Flair
Join us virtually for a guided introduction to the wonders of SoulCollage®! Take some time to get creative, play, and connect with yourself! Jennifer will lead you through the process that anyone can do. This workshop will have a flair of the theme ‘Holiday Coping’ since it is occurring right in the midst of this holiday season. ‘Holiday Coping’ to mean a need to intentionally manage the needs and expectations surrounding us relating to the busy (and exhausting, and demanding) time of year that is the winter holidays. If you have a hard time setting boundaries for yourself, taking time for you when everyone else’s needs seem more important, or remembering what is truly most important to you then this is the virtual “place” to be!
You can gather your own materials or purchase an Introduction Packet to be mailed directly to you.
You will need:
4+ cards cut to the dimensions of 5’’x8’’ (mat board or card stock will work)
scissors
a glue stick or rubber cement
a variety of images from old books, magazines, or any other image source (focus on gathering images alone, with minimal text)
